Initial Public Offering of 87,719,297 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited ("company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 570 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 560 per equity share) ("offer price") aggregating to Rs. 5000 Crores comprising a fresh issue of 26,315,789 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1500 Crores ("fresh issue") and an offer for sale of 61,403,508 equity shares by Niyogi Enterprise Private Limited ("promoter selling shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 3500 Crores ("offered shares") ("offer for sale", and together with the fresh issue, the "offer").
