initial Public Offering of 7,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("equity shares") of Getalong Enterprise Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 69 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 59 per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to Rs. 5.18 Crores (the "issue") of which 38,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.26 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion").
