Public issue of 15,78,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Osia Hyper Retail Limited ("the company" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 252/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 242/- per equity share) ("issue price") aggregating to 39.78 Crores ("the issue"), of which 79,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for a cash price of Rs. 252/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 2 Crores will be reserved for subscription by Market maker ("market maker reservation portion").
