Public issue of 23,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of Add-Shop Promotions Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, including a premuim of Rs 16/- per equity share (the "issue price"), aggregating Rs. 6.23 Crores ("the issue"), of which 1,32,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- each aggregating 0.34 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 22,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 26/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 5.89 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 37.01% and 34.97%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price Rs. 26 is 2.6 times of the face value of the equity shares.
