We Hereby Inform you that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading 'the Code' read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code shall remain closed from 01st October 2025 till 48 hours from the declarations of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2025.
