The technology employed by SKI includes:

  • Via Internet (both modem and dedicated lines)
  • VPN
 
We can provide you our own VSAT as per details stated below. If you want to take a connection through modem we can provide that as well.

Both capital market and derivative trading are available on the same screen through our private VSAT (VPN).

Now Commodity (Gold, Silver etc) are also available on the same VSAT.

Redcuring cost
VSAT Rent (payable in advance quarterly) Quarterly rent
Incase of modem connection VSAT cost and rent will not have to be paid.
Minimum Margin Amount Rs. 2 lacs
Gross Exposure permitted Intra day 8 Times
Intraday Limit not exceeding 8 times at a time
Mark to Market Loss permitted 70%
  • Mark to market loss will be collected daily otherwise it will be reduced from the gross exposure.
  • Margin over and above Rs.2 lacs can be accepted in the form of Demat shares.
  • Client Accounts will be provided online with facilities such as online account opening, online voucher entry, direct account information to clients and direct contract note to the clients.
  • We will prefer bank account with IndusInd BANK/ HDFC Bank or ICICI Bank.
  • Pay-in and pay-out will be strictly as per NSE rules and regulations.
  • Demat account of the clients will be maintained at our Depository.
  • Online depository services will be provided such as online account opening, holding statement, execution of delivery instructions.
  • Derivative trading will also be provided on the same VSAT.
  • Option to have Commodity trading on the same VSAT can be obtained without any cost.
  • Research, marketing, and technical & operational support will be provided by us.
brokerage
There are two options available:
OPTION 1
The branch can charge any brokerage from the clients (as per SEBI norms) but has to pay us fixed percentage of brokerage. Fixed percentage of brokerage will be decided upon meeting.
OPTION 2
The branch can charge any brokerage from the clients (as per SEBI norms) which will be shared with the Head Office. Ratio of sharing of brokerage will be decided upon meeting.
